The location was stunning, for example, Daddy'o was not too far away from the hotel. And the area was downtown, right by shopping mall, souvenir shops and bus stop, close to downtown shopping and the outside sitting areas and outdoor restaurants. I greatly enjoyed my huge and quiet room.

It can get quite loud on some evenings when there are theme nights and the room is right upstairs. Also the air conditioning is rather loud.but it doesn't always have to run;)

The preferred lounge was particularly noteworthy, with delicious breakfast offerings and a comfortable atmosphere. Bartender Armando consistently. The resort delivered a relaxing environment conducive to both leisure and productivity.
Housekeeping service was inconsistent throughout the stay.

I loved the beach at Dreams. The soft sand and clear water. The staff, especially Armando at the preferred club, provided great service. Drinks were served quickly, and he remembered our preferences. Room cleanliness was great, thanks to Santiago, who did a wonderful job each day. We enjoyed the evening entertainment, especially the Jack Sparrow show. Some of the dining options were decent, but several meals missed the mark. The Asian restaurant had a couple of tasty dishes, but the World Cafe's food quality fluctuated. The wait for room service could be lengthy, like 90 minutes, frustrating sometimes when all we wanted was a quick snack. We faced a hiccup during check-in, when our originally booked room wasn't available. They upgraded us to a different room, nice, but it could have been communicated better. Helpful staff made all the difference despite some food letdowns.

Outstandingly helpful and very friendly staff, the breakfasts are large at the grill. Outstanding service, they provide a free parking and free Wi-Fi.

I encountered some serious issues . The bathroom was not clean, and I found mold in the shower, quite disappointing. The food options were not vegetarian-friendly and fell short of expectations.
